How to Know if the App is Updated?
Before opening a support request, it is mandatory to ensure that your application is on the latest version available. This resolves most known bugs.
To check for pending updates, follow the procedure corresponding to your phone's operating system:
Product Registration Limit
The limit for registering products in the individual application varies according to your license:
- Non-PRO Users (Free Version): Can register up to 100 products in total.
- PRO Users: Have no limits for registering products.
How to Access App Identification Information?
If you need support, the customer service team will request the identification of your application to locate your registration and synchronization history in the database.
To obtain your application identification information:
- Open the Expiry Traker app.
- Go to the Settings screen (or Side Menu).
- Locate and copy the information displayed in Application Identifier (or Device ID).

Transferring Products to a New Phone
If you have changed phones, you can move your registered products to the new device. The ideal procedure depends on your account type:

PRO Users: Simply install the app on the new phone and log in with the same account (email and password) used on the old device. Your data will be synchronized from the cloud automatically.
