Accepted Payment Methods​

Expiry Traker accepts various payment methods for subscriptions of individual and corporate plans.

Invoice Issuance (Nota Fiscal - NF-e)​

Yes, we issue invoices for Brazilian users with a CPF or CNPJ in regular status.

To request your invoice, contact official support providing the following details:

  1. Chosen subscription plan.
  2. App/device identification (ID).
  3. Complete registration details:
    • Full name / Corporate name.
    • CPF or CNPJ.
    • Full address (with zip code).
    • Email and phone number for contact.

Subscription on Multiple Devices​

  • Expiry Traker (Individual): You can use your PRO subscription on only 1 device at a time.

  • Expiry Traker for Teams (Collaborative): You can use the subscription on multiple devices simultaneously. The active devices/users limit is based on your contracted quota (e.g., if you subscribed to the plan for 10 people, up to 10 devices can operate at the same time, each using their respective collaborator account).


Problems with Subscription (Not Showing Active)​

If you paid for the Expiry Traker subscription, but the resources still appear locked or disabled in the app, the most likely reason is the use of different emails/accounts.

Most Common Reason​

The subscription is linked exclusivamente to the email used at the time of registration and purchase. If you have more than one email or logged in via an automatic email link, you may have logged into the wrong account.

What to check before opening support?​

  1. Check if you are logged in with the exact email used at the time of subscription.
  2. Check if you do not have another account created via:
    • Another personal or corporate email.
    • Login by automatic email link.
    • A Play Store / App Store account different from the one used for the purchase.

Important
  • Deleting and reinstalling the app does not cancel the financial payment or subscription, but requires you to log in with the correct email to restore it on the device.
  • Switching accounts within the app will make the subscription appear unavailable on the new account.
