How to Delete a Lot
If you need to remove a lot from your stock (either because it was registered incorrectly or because the lot has been fully consumed/sold), follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step by Step for Deletion
The procedure can be done both in the mobile application and in the web dashboard of ExpiryTraker Web:
- Select the product: In your inventory list, tap or click on the product to which the lot belongs.
- Open lot details: Locate the specific lot you want to remove and tap it to view its details.
- Open editing: In the top menu of the details screen, select the "Edit lot" (Editar lote) option.
- Select deletion: On the editing screen that opens, access the top menu again.
- Confirm the action: Tap the "Delete lot" (Apagar lote) option and confirm the deletion message.
⚠️ Safety Warning
Irreversible Action
By confirming the deletion of a lot, all information linked to it will be permanently erased from the server (including quantity, entry date, and history). This action cannot be undone.
If you delete a lot by mistake, the only way to recover it will be by registering the lot again from scratch.
