Overview - ExpiryTraker Web

The website Validades.com (referenced as ExpiryTraker Web) is the web version of the Expiry Traker and Expiry Traker for Teams applications. With it, you can access, register, and monitor your products directly from your computer.

It is accessible to PRO users of the individual version and to all users of Expiry Traker for Teams.

How to Log In to ExpiryTraker Web?​

To access the web panel, go to Validades.com and click on the login button. However, there is an important detail: the website has two different types of access. You must choose the correct one for your account type, or the system will not recognize your credentials.

🔵 Option A: Standard Access ("Acessar" / Log In Button)​

This button is visible in the upper right corner and is intended for:

  • Native ExpiryTraker Web plan users.
  • Users and administrators of Expiry Traker for Teams.

How to enter:

  1. Click on "Acessar" (Log In).
  2. Enter your email and password registered in the team/panel.
  3. Click Entrar (Sign In).

🟢 Option B: Green Button ("Usuário do Controle de Validades?" / App User Button)​

If you use the individual mobile app Expiry Traker and have the PRO subscription, you must use this specific option:

How to enter:

  1. Locate the green button that says "Usuário do Controle de Validades?" (Expiry Traker App User?).
  2. Click it to open the integrated login screen.
  3. Enter the same email and password you configured in your mobile app.
  4. Click Entrar (Sign In).
Warning

If you try to log in using the blue button ("Acessar") with an account created in the individual app (Expiry Traker), the website will report that your user does not exist or that the password is incorrect. Remember to always use the button corresponding to your version!
