For our team to be able to analyze your problem and locate your registered data, it is mandatory to send your application identifiers.

Warning

If the support message is sent without your application identifiers, the support request may not be answered. Please ensure you send the identifiers in the body of the message.


We Do Not Offer Phone or Messaging Support​

To ensure data security and organization of demands:

  • There is no customer service via phone call.
  • We do not provide support via third-party applications like WhatsApp or Telegram.

The only customer service channel is the support form referenced above.
